Our first Steam restaurant opened its doors in 2007, but the idea was born much earlier, back in 1999. With strong roots in environmental consciousness and a passion for authentic cooking, we promise never to compromise on quality. Every dish we serve is made from scratch using our own unique recipes, offering a taste journey from the bustling street markets of Asia to your table.
At Steam, we are dedicated to bringing you a unique dining experience. Our journey began in 2007 when we opened the doors to our first restaurant on S:t Eriksgatan. Since then, Steam has established itself on Krukmakargatan, Tegnérgatan, and beyond. However, the idea for Steam was sparked much earlier by our founder Pernilla, driven by a passion for environmentally conscious cooking and a desire to always offer dishes made from scratch with our unique recipes.
